Campaigns

The Campaigns screen allows you to configure campaign behavior (e.g. available delivery channels for the campaign, language). The following areas can be configured for a campaign:

  • Delivery Channels: The means by which the campaign can contact customers (e.g. email, SMS, push)

  • Content Repositories: Storage areas for content in Connect that point to content servers

  • Languages: The languages available to be used by the campaign

  • User Agents: The different means by which a customer is able to interact with the messaging from Connect, defining the device, browser or client accessing the message. This is used for reporting purposes and customer demographic information

  • User Agents Tags: Tags for User Agents used for summarization in reporting

  • User Agents Categories: Categories defined for reporting on User Agents. The category is used in the definition of User Agent Tags.

  • Company Quiet Periods: Defined time periods when no messages will be sent to a customer by a company entity. This is typically used for SMS messaging so that customers are not texted at night.
