User Agents

User Agents provide information on what means customers are reading messages. By using User Agents, Connect is able to provide technological demographic information on how the customer opens, accesses and responds to messages sent from Connect. Connect is able to determine the device, operating system and browser used to read messages. The information allows you to report on the number of customers that use different device and operating system combinations, allowing you to tailor messages to those devices or platforms as necessary.
