Deleting User Agent Tags
Once a user agent tag is created, it may be required to delete the user agent tag if it is no longer needed for reporting or has been created erroneously.
Note: The deletion of user agent tags may impact reporting. Please ensure you have verified that no other user or department is using the user agent tag for reporting.
Deleting a User Agent Tag
To delete a user agent tag:
Navigate to the Company Admin screen.
Under the Campaigns sub-menu in the menu bar on the left, click on the User Agents Tags menu item. The User Agent Tags screen appears.
Click on the Delete icon (
) beside the desired user agent tag. The deletion confirmation message appears.
To cancel without deleting the user agent tag, click the Cancel button. The user agent tag is not deleted.
Click the OK button. The user agent tag is deleted and no longer displays in the list of available user agent tags.
