Deactivating Event Handlers
When an event handler is active, it can be deactivated so that it no longer processes events. This is performed in the Event Hander screen.
Deactivating an Event Handler
To deactivate an event handler:
Navigate to the Company Admin screen.
Click on the Event Handlers menu item under the Campaigns side menu.
The Event Handlers screen appears.
The green dot in the Status field indicates that the event handler is active. Click the green dot.
The dot turns red, indicating that the event handler is no longer active.
