Custom Reports

The Custom Reports module provides a set of reports that describe customer's activity as a result of messaging. The reports are associated with specific campaigns and timeframes of customer interaction. Currently the following reports are available:

  • Campaign Drilldown Reports: Track messages sent and bounced as well as customer clicks and conversions

  • Campaign Message Status: Tracks the status of sent messages for campaigns

  • User Agent Reports: Details customer activity in response to emails grouped by conversation or campaign

  • Conversion Tracking Report: Tracks purchases and conversions made by customers as a result of messaging

  • Activity Report: Tabulates campaign activity by campaign
