Suppression Lists are lists of email addresses that are not to be messaged under any circumstances. Suppression lists are applied to the conversation and remove any email address from the conversation that are on the suppression list. Once the suppression list is applied to the conversation the email addresses are removed and not able to be messaged.

You are able to import bulk customers into the list of email addresses from a CSV file.
