Deleting Content from a Campaign

There may be cases where content is no longer used and should be deleted from the campaign. Connect allows you to delete content as necessary.
Note: Ensure that you are deleting the appropriate content for the campaign.
Note: Deleting the content from the campaign does not remove the physical content files from the content server. The content files are still able to be used by the same or other campaigns as needed.


Deleting Content from a Campaign

To delete content from a campaign:

  1. In the Campaigns list screen, select the appropriate campaign. The campaign's Properties screen appears, displaying the campaign information.

  2. Click the Content sub-tab for the campaign. The Define Content for Campaign screen appears.

  3. Click on the delete icon (images/download/attachments/56623671/ico_delete.png ) beside the desired content. A warning message displays.

  4. To cancel and not delete the content, click the Cancel button. The content list displays with the desired content still in the list.

  5. Click OK. The content list displays with the desired content removed.
