Creating and Managing Content

Content for messages is stored on a content server that Connect references by associating the content pages as links to named content. The content is then associated to messages to different customer segments. The content can be accessed using the URLs of the content pages on the servers. All content can be either created and managed in Connect itself, or uploaded to the content server directly independent of Connect. Attachments are also able to be added to content as needed.

Content for messages can be created as static or dynamic. Static content is content that remains the same for all customers, where dynamic content will be customized and altered based on the customer's attributes and preferences.
