Best Practices

Brick Street Software strictly adheres to email policy and guidelines set by Internet Service Providers (ISPs). As part of the Connect installation procedure, it is the customer’s responsibility to establish a working relationship with the ISPs providing email services for their subscribers. The reason to establish a relationship is to prevent the ISP from identifying an email campaign as Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) (i.e. spam).

Because of the potential for a high volume of email originating from a common IP address, Brick Street Software strongly recommends implementing the policies and procedures outlined in the Best Practices section. It is a violation of your Agreement with Brick Street Software to send UCE. Brick Street Software reserves the right to terminate your access to the Connect service and to pursue any other appropriate remedies if you violate the terms of your Agreement with Brick Street Software.
