Content Recommendations

Based on experience working with several national ISPs, at a minimum, all email content should include:

• How the subscriber’s email address was obtained

• How to unsubscribe from the mailing list

• Contact information for your company, including telephone number and postal address

• Mailing frequency (one time or recurring)
