ISPs to Contact

Brick Street Software recommends contacting all ISPs used by your subscribers. To find this information, query the email addresses in your database. It's a good idea to create a form letter to send to the ISPs. It should state the following:

• Your intent to send mass solicited email

• A willingness to provide message content samples

• A request for the solicited email guidelines

• A request to be placed on the approved list of email marketing companies

An ISP directory can be found with a very quick internet search. Send email to the ISPs addressed to the postmaster or abuse @[isp domain name].com unless a direct contact for the ISP is established.
