XML Version

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>

This first line describes the document, including the XML version number and encoding type. Include this line in every KCXML document. For the current verion of Connect, the XML version number is 1.0. The XML encoding-type must be those supported by Java 1.2. However, ISO-8859-1 and US-ASCII are recommended.
