The Type (or Tag)-Length-Value options are a set of optional values used by the server. The options set or return information. In general, TLV options include the following information:

• Type (Tag) - Binary code, usually alphanumeric, indicating the field this part of the message represents.

• Length - Value field size (in bytes).

• Value - Series of bytes containing data for this message part.
