Resuming Paused Campaigns
You are able to resume paused campaigns that are in a paused state. This will make the campaign active again and send messages as expected.
Resuming a Campaign
To resume a paused campaign:
Navigate to the Campaigns screen. A list of campaigns displays.
Search for the desired campaign and select it. For more information on how to search for campaigns, please see Searching for Campaigns.
Click on the Resume Campaign (
) icon beside the desired campaign. A resume confirmation message appears.
To cancel without resuming the campaign, click the Cancel button. The Campaigns page displays without the campaign having been resumed.
Click the OK button. The Campaigns page displays with the campaign status changed to 'Active'.
