Message Status Reports

Message Status Reports

The Campaign Message Status Report details the state of the messages sent from a campaign. The report tabulates the following:

  • Campaign Name: The name of the campaign being reported

  • Type: The type of campaign (e.g. Normal, Event-Triggered)

  • Campaign Expiration: The date the campaign expires

  • Message Name: The name of the message sent

  • Message Expiry Date: The date the message expires

  • # Days to Expiry: The number of days until the message expires

  • Conversation Name: Name of the conversation associated to the campaign

  • Segment Count: The number of segments used in the campaign messaging

  • Event Name: The name of the event that triggers the message (used only for event-triggered campaigns)

Using the Campaign Message Status Report

To view the Message Status Report:

  1. Navigate to the Reports screen:

  2. Click the Message Status Report menu option.

    The Message Status Report displays.

  3. To change the reporting options of the report:

    1. Click the Query Filters button.

      The Message Status Report Query Filters area displays.

    2. Enter the report options:

      • Campaign Search: The desired campaign to be reported

      • With Activity In: Filter the report results by time

    3. To clear any entered options, click the Clear button.

    4. Click the Apply button. You are returned to the Message Status Report screen with the report displaying values using the entered report options.

    5. Click the Configure Columns to set the columns that are displayed in the report.

    6. You can set all columns to appear in the report screen by pressing the All button.

    7. You can set none of the columns appear besides the default by pressing the None button.

    8. Click the Apply button. The selected columns will be displayed.

  4. To return to the previous menu, click the Back button.

    You are returned to the campaign message status report.

  5. To export the report to a PFD file, click the Export to PDF button.

    The report is exported to a PDF in your browser. Check your browser's 'Download' folder for the file.

  6. To export the report to a CSV file, click the Export to CSV button.

    The report is exported to a CSV in your browser and able to be opened by a spreadsheet program. Check your browser's 'Download' folder for the file.
