Event and Event Attribute

<Event> entity holds event-specific data. <Event> has one required attribute, CampaignName. This value should match a campaign name defined in Connect system. Based on this name, Connect can find the campaign and event associated with the campaign.

There are two kinds of event data, Data in the <EventAttribute> tag and data in the<ExternalXML> tag. Similar to the <CustomerAttribute> entity, <EventAttribute> specifies the name-value pair of an event parameter name and its value. The following example is equivalent to the name-value pair product=Dell Computer.
