Clearing Users' Preferences

Over the course of using Connect, it may be necessary to clear a user's preferences.

Clearing a User's Preferences

To clear the preferences for a user:

  1. Navigate to the Company Admin screen.

  2. Click on the User Management sub-menu in the menu bar on the left, followed by the Users menu option. The Users screen appears.

  3. Click on the Clear User Preferences icon (images/download/attachments/56624585/ico_clear_pref.png ) beside the desired user profile. The 'clear preference' confirmation message appears.

  4. To cancel without clearing the preferences for the user profile, click the Cancel button. The user profile's preferences are not deleted.

  5. Click the OK button. The user profile's preferences are cleared.
