User Agent Reports
User Agent Reports
The User Agent reports detail the different user agents used to access links that are sent in messages. The user agents describe the particular platform used by the user to access message content and links. For more information on user agents, please see User Agents. The report tabulates the following:
Category: The user agent category being used by the customer to access messages
For All Customers: Reports detailing the user agent category across all messaged customers
For Customers Grouped by Conversation: Reports detailing the user agent category across all messaged customers and grouped by the conversations to which the customers are associated
For Customers Grouped by Campaign: Reports detailing the user agent category across all messaged customers and grouped by the campaigns sending the messages
Using the User Agent Reports
To view the Campaign Message Status report:
Navigate to the Reports screen:
Click the Custom Reports sub-tab.
The Custom Reports screen displays.
Click the UserAgentReportsList menu option.
The User Agent List of Reports displays.
To change the reporting options of the report:
Click the Options button.
The UserAgentReportsList Options screen displays.
Enter the report options:
Campaign: The desired campaign to be reported
Start Date: The starting date of campaign activities to report
End Date: The end date of campaign activites to report
Email Me This Report Daily: Check the checkbox if you wish the report to be sent to the email address associated with your Connect login
To cancel without saving any entered options, click the Cancel button.
You are returned to the User Agent List of Reports.
Click the Save button.You are returned to the User Agent List of Reports screen with the report displaying values using the entered report options.
Note: If no campaign results display, it may be that the start date is set to the default value of the current date and time. Adjust the date to a past date in order to tabulate transactional results from the past.
To view the category reports for all customers, click the desired 'View Report link in the For all customers field for the desired category.

To view the category reports for all customers grouped by the conversation to which they are associated, click the desired 'View Report link in the For Customers grouped by conversation field for the desired category.
The User Agent List Report for customers by conversation report displays.
To view the category reports for all customers grouped by the campaign sending the messages, click the desired 'View Report link in the For Customers grouped by Campaign field for the desired category.
The User Agent List Report for customers by campaign report displays.
To return to the previous menu, click the Back button.
You are returned to the campaign message status report.
To export the report to a PFD file, click the Export to PDF button.
The report is exported to a PDF in your browser. Check your browser's 'Download' folder for the file.
To export the report to a CSV file, click the Export to CSV button.
The report is exported to a CSV in your browser and able to be opened by a spreadsheet program. Check your browser's 'Download' folder for the file.
