Additional Event Listener Features

In addition to creating Event-Triggered messages, the Event Listener's XML event records can be use to perform a number of additional tasks.

• Insert or Update Customer Master Data, optionally without sending a message or updating the subscription status.

• Insert or Update Customer Attributes, optionally without sending a message or updating the subscription status.

• Subscribe a customer to a Conversation.

• Unsubscribe a customer from a Conversation.

• Send a message to multiple customer using a single XML event record.

• Send multiple events to a customer using a single XML event record.
