Viewing Survey Results
Once a survey has been deployed, it is available for customers or contacts to fill in the survey and provide results for the survey's request for information. The information is stored in the survey repository and is available to be viewed. This is performed by examining the Results tab of the survey. The results are viewed by selecting the specific deployment for the survey. For more information on deploying surveys, please see Deploying Surveys.
Note: The Results tab only appears when the survey has been deployed.
Viewing a Survey's Results
To view the results of a survey:
Navigate to the Surveys screen.
Click on the Edit Survey icon (
) beside the desired survey or the survey's name link. The survey details are displayed in the Define Survey screen.
Click on the Results subtab. The Results screen appears.
Note: The Results tab only appears for surveys that have a deployment. For more information on deploying surveys, please see Deploying Surveys.Select the desired deployment for which you wish to view the results from the Deployment dropdown. The results for the deployment are displayed.
Note: For surveys deployments with a large number of results, you are able to filter the results entries of the survey. For more information on filtering the survey results, please see Filtering Survey Results.
