Using Connect, administrators can configure the system to use multiple mail farms. Users can select an alternative mail farm at the conversation, campaign or message level. Email is sent through the secondary mail farm selected at the message, campaign or conversation level, whichever is available in that order of priority. If there is not a specific mail farm selected at these levels email is sent through the mail farm defined in the System Parameter, Mail Farm SMTP servers (default mail farm). Multiple Mail Farms provide you with the ability to assign mail farms to different campaigns according to the priority.

Note: The System Parameter MS.UseDirectDelivery must be set to false in order to seen the Mail Farm options at message, campaign, or conversation level.
