Editing Customer's Associated Conversations (Subscriptions)

Connect allows you to manage the conversations in which a customer is included or excluded. The Conversations screen allows you to subscribe or unsubscribe the customer from conversations. All campaigns are based on conversations that are associated to customers. A checkmark indicates the conversations to which the customer is associated.

Editing Conversation Subscriptions for Customers

To edit the conversations that are associated to a customer:

  1. Navigate to the Customer Browser screen.

  2. Search for and select the desired customer. The Customer Profile screen displays the customer's information. For more information on searching for customers, please see Searching for Customers.

  3. Click the Conversations sub-tab. The Edit Subscription Information screen opens.

  4. From the View conversations that are: drop-down field, select the conversation criteria you need. The default is All:

    1. All: All conversations are displayed.

    2. Deactivate: Displays conversations that are deactivated

    3. Inactive: Displays conversations that are inactive

    4. Opting In Invalid: Displays conversations where opting in is now invalid

    5. Activate: Displays conversations that are activated

    6. Active: Displays conversations that are active

    7. Waiting: Displays conversations in a pending status and are not active

    8. Opting In: Displays conversations that allow the customer to opt-in

    9. Opting Out: Displays convesations that allow the customer to opt-out

    10. Terminated: Displays conversations that have been terminated

      A list of conversations displays that satisfies the search criteria.

  5. Click the checkboxes beside the conversation or conversations you wish to associate or de-associate to the customer.

  6. Click the Save button to save the conversation.
