Verifying the Number of Targeted Customers

When a message is rolled out and able to be launched. You are able to validate the number of customers that will be targeted by the message prior to sending. This is done by recalculating the number of targeted customers.

  1. To perform a final calculation on the message to see how many customers will be targeted, click the Calculate Customers icon (images/download/attachments/2098666/ico_calc.png ) in the Counting section.

  2. From the Messages tab click the Actions > Rollout Message beside the message with the schedule you want to view. The Rollout Message: XXX screen appears.

  3. In the Target Count field, click the calculator icon. Connect calculates and displays the number of customers for the segment.

Verifying the Number of Targeted Customers for a Message

To verify the number of customers that will be targeted by a rolled out message:

  1. Navigate to the Messages screen for the desired campaign.

  2. Beside the desired message, click the Rollout icon (images/download/attachments/2098666/ico_start.png ). The Rollout Message screen appears.

  3. In the Counting section, click the Calculate Customers icon (images/download/attachments/2098666/ico_calc.png ). The new calculated number of customers targeted by the message is displayed.
