The Connect Main Screen

The main window displays the dashboard as well as the Connect tabs available to you given your security profile. Each tab contains specific actions that allow you to manage customers, campaigns, reports or the Connect system itself. If you do not have permissions for one of the tabs, clicking on the tab displays a dialog box indicating that you do not have the appropriate permission.

  1. Dashboard: Provides a summary of reports and displays on campaign activity

  2. Campaigns: Create and manage messaging campaigns

  3. Customers: Create, import and manage target customers

  4. Reports: View campaign reports

  5. Surveys: Create and manage surveys and pages

  6. Company Admin: Manage company entitiy information in Connect

  7. Deployments: Manage Connect deployments

  8. Instance Admin: Manage Connect instances
