Multiple Language Support
Connect: Multiple Language Support describes the new feature integrated into this release, which supports sending messages in multiple languages.
For example, if you want to launch a Sales Promotion Campaign for customers in geographical locations (China, Japan and U.S) you need to do the following:
Create the required languages (Chinese, Japanese and English) before creating a campaign.
Create a segmentation model with three segments--Chinese, Japanese and Left Overs. Left Overs includes the English-Speaking customers.
Create a campaign using the previous segmentation model with a message for each segment. Each message needs to be configured to use the corresponding language for the respective segment.
Once the steps are completed, the Multiple Language Support feature enables you to launch messages in corresponding language character sets.
