Editing and Managing Campaigns

Connect allows you to manage active campaigns as well as campaigns that are being created and not active, letting you create campaigns gradually and over time.

For each campaign, you are able to:

  • Edit Campaigns: Edit the details of already existing campaigns, active or otherwise

  • Cloning Campaigns: Creates a copy of an existing campaign. This is useful when wishing to create a complex campaign that is similar to one that already exists.

  • Exporting Campaigns: Allows you to export the details of a campaign into an XML version. The XML version can be consumed by other systems, or edited and re-imported into Connect. For more information on importing campaigns, please see Importing a Campaign.

  • Deleting Campaigns: Deletes a non-active campaign

  • Pausing Campaigns: Pauses the active campaign and ceases messages being sent to the targeted audience
