Customer Record

The customer record defines the attributes of the customer entity to properly target them for messaging in a campaign. Various attributes are used to detail the customer in terms of their demographic and location information, preferences, and interests.

The customer record details the customer using the following areas:

  • Customer Profile: Collection of information detailing the customer's name, address, birth date and contact information

  • Conversations: Conversations the customer record is associated with.

    Note: You are able to add and remove customers from conversations using the Conversations sub-tab.

  • Attributes & Preferences: Customized attributes and a list of customer preferences used by campaigns to place the customer in an audience or segment

  • Message History: List of messages that have been sent to the customer over the course of campaign execution
