Deploying Connect with Authentication Provider

Connect includes a WebSphere authentication provider that performs username and password checking using the records in the USER_MASTER table. The authentication provider is in $KCHOME/webinstall/connect_auth.jar . The authentication provider uses the same JNDI data source used by the Connect UI.

Connect can also be configured to use Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) to authenticate.

Follow the instructions for either the Connect authentication or LDAP authentication provider.
